Anatomy in a Week - The Pomodoro Way

You’ve left it all to the last week, classic. Now you’ve got 1000 pages of an Anatomy Textbook older than your Grandparents’ Grandparents to get through, and no will to live. Well, [lowers glasses], although this isn’t the ideal way to learn Anatomy - we’ve got you.

The Pomodoro Technique

As we all die of brain rot and no way to focus on any task for more than 30 seconds, there is one man we all need to be thanking, our 1980s saviour - Francesco Cirillo. As it happens, this King had a similar challenge and found that setting the kitchen timer (shaped like a tomato - or in Italian, a pomodoro) for 25 minutes, followed by a quick break, led to a huge increase in productivity. Thus, the Pomodoro Technique was born. The week long schedule set out below follows this method, do your best to stick to it and not disrespect our good friend Francesco’s hard work.
